The rhetor is the Pepsi company and it's consumers are the audience. The fallacy is a week analogy. What does drinking Pepsi have to do with being good at martial arts? Absolutely nothing. But the commercial is funny and so it works. If I liked soda I might want to drink a Pepsi now.
